Pecan-Orange Dainties

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pecans 2 Cup (32 tbs), finley chopped
  Orange rind 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Confectioner’s sugar 1 Tablespoon, sifted (for rolling)
Directions

Cream butter and sugar; stir in flour, pecans, orange rind and vanilla.
Shape into small balls; place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool slightly; roll in confectioners' sugar.
