No Bake Gluten-free Vegan Pistachio Honey Bites

Ingredients
  Pistachio 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated (make a rough paste)
  Coconut butter 3 Tablespoon
  Raw honey 3 Tablespoon
  Cardamom powder 8 Teaspoon (or 2 drops Cardamon Essential Oil)
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Clove 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pure vanilla 1 Pinch (powder preferred)
  Salt 2 Pinch (Himalayan salt preferred)
Directions

MAKING
1. Grind the pistachios into a paste.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined fully.
3. Roll into tiny balls, mold into squares or other shapes.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately
