|Packed brown sugar||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Sifted cake flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped pistachio nuts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
"Beat eggs until light; Add sugar gradually.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; add sugar mixture, beating well.
Add pistachios and vanilla.
Chill for several hours or until dough is easy to handle.
Dust hands with powdered sugar.
Roll dough in hands to make sticks 2 1/2 inches long.
Place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately; place on wire racks to cool.
