Ingredients
  Plain flour 4 Ounce
  Soda bicarbonate 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Mixed spice 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Powdered ginger 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Sugar 1 Ounce
  Fat/Butter / margarine 2 Ounce
  Golden syrup 2 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 400°F degrees

MAKING
2. Take a strainer and place all the ingredeints on it and sieve it together
3. Plce the mixture on a surface, and roll them into the shape of balls, the shape should be as big as a walnut
4. On a well greased bakin tin, place these balls, keep some space between the balls, because while cooking they will spread
5.Now in the oven, place the tin on the second shelf from the top
6. Finally bake for about 5 minutes
7. Once baked completely, place the tin in the middle of the even and cook for 10 minutes more
8. Once cooked, let the ginger nuts cool on the tin

SERVING
9. Serve as a dessert or snack, can also be served with tea
