Raw Nut Savoury Rissoles

Ingredients
  Wheat biscuits 4 , shredded
  Milled cashews 5 Ounce (140 Grams)
  Brazil nuts 3 Ounce (85 Grams)
  Carrot 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated (3 Dessertspoons)
  Yeast extract 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 4 Tablespoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Crumble the shredded wheat biscuits and mix it with nuts and carrots
2. Dissolve yeast extract in a little tomato juice and add basil to it
3. Add this to other ingredeints with sufficient extra tomato juice to moisten and bind
4. Form into balls

SERVING
5. Serve the balls on green salad
6. Garnish top of rissoles with chervil or parsley leaves
7. Can be served as a side dish
8. Can be served with a sauce of your choice for eg mint sauce, tarter sauce, tomato sauce etc
