Hazelnut And Potato Croquettes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 Pound, mashed (500 Gram)
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce (12 1/2 Gram)
  Flour 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Hazelnuts 4 Ounce, roughly chopped (100 Gram)
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare the ingredients.

MAKING
2) Mash the potatoes with butter.
3) Add the flour, salt and pepper.
4) Fry the onion in a little oil until transparent.
5) Add to the potatoes with the nuts and basil and mix thoroughly.
6) Form into 10 croquettes, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until cooked and golden brown.

SERVING
7) Serve the croquettes as snack.
