Ingredients
  Onions 1⁄2 Pound, cooked, chopped , well drained
  Sage leaves 12 , scalded and chopped
  Apple 1 Large, chopped coarsely
  Breadcrumbs 4 Ounce
  Pickled walnuts 6 , cut into rough pieces
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dripping 1 Ounce, melted
  Egg/Cider 1 (for mixing)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
2 Mix well.

SERVING
3 Use to stuff goose, duck, pork or rabbit.
