Orange Pistachio Couscous

Ingredients
  Canned low-sodium chicken broth/Chicken stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange 1 Medium, zest finely grated
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant couscous 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Orange flower water 2 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coarsely chopped pistachio nuts 2 1⁄2 Ounce, shelled, roasted (About 1/2-Cup)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a medium saucepan, add stock, orange zest, butter and salt to combine.

MAKING
2) Place over high heat and bring a boil.
3) Stir in couscous, cover with a lid and remove from heat.
4) Allow the couscous to stand for 5 minutes.
5) Spread orange flower water over the couscous and sprinkle the pistachios.
6) With a fork, fluff the couscous lightly.

SERVING
7) Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm by garnishing with fresh orange slices, if desired.
