1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Take a shallow pan and spread nuts.
3. Sprinkle oil and toss lightly to coat nuts.
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until delicately brown.
5. Transfer to paper towels, allow to cool, and store in airtight containers.
6. Serve Roasted Nuts with hot coffee, tea, or hot chocolate drink.
