Pineapple Almond Shake

Ingredients
  Blanched almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (or cubes)
  Pure maple syrup 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice milk/Soy milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender grind almonds to a fine powder
2) Mix all the ingredients.
3) Blend until smooth.

SERVING
4) Fill into 3 large drinking glasses.
