|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
2. Blend together sugar and butter to get a light and fluffy mixture.
3.Add in the eggs, one by one, beating continuously.
4.Sift the dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture.
5.Mix in the walnuts.
6. Take a buttered cookie sheet and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto it.
7.Bake for 15 minutes.
8. Serve with milk, tea or coffee.
