Cinnamon Nuts

Ingredients
  Nuts 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Water 5 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a small saucepan and combine sugar, nuts, water and cinnamon in it.
2) Simmer over low heat until mixture spins into a thread when dropped from teaspoon.
3) Add vanilla and mix nicely.
4) Turn mixture onto a buttered cookie sheet.
5) Separate the nuts while cooling.

SERVING
6) Serve when cooled.
