2 2⁄3 Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
Pecan/Walnut halves / 1 pound whole shelled and blanched almonds
1. In a large frying pan, melt butter/margarine, add curry powder and cook for five minutes
2. Add nuts and stir around; heat slowly for eight minutes or so until lightly toasted
3. Remove on to a paper towel and allow to cool and drain off excess fat; sprinkle salt on it and toss some more; store in airtight container
