Simple Curried Nuts

This curried Nuts is a foolproof recipe to try this festive season!An amazing way to use up the nuts, it will just take about 15 min of your time to make this hit Snack . Indian nuts have a way of addicting you to it on the first bite. So go ahead and get hooked!
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 2⁄3 Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Pecan/Walnut halves / 1 pound whole shelled and blanched almonds 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large frying pan, melt butter/margarine, add curry powder and cook for five minutes
2. Add nuts and stir around; heat slowly for eight minutes or so until lightly toasted
3. Remove on to a paper towel and allow to cool and drain off excess fat; sprinkle salt on it and toss some more; store in airtight container

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
