Super Healthy Nut Butter Balls

This is a great healthy protein snack to bring along with you. Especially, if you are in a rush , between errands or running out for an activity during the week with your kids. This is a quick recipe that you can whip up with your kids as easy and delicious!! While you are at it, make sure to double the recipe...they freeze well.
  Nut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade Is Preferable)
  Liquid honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Organic extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Raw Ones, Of Your Choice)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chia seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flax seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skinny b cereal 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried apricots 1 Teaspoon
  Cherries 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Teaspoon

1.Heat oven at 350 degrees.
2.In a bowl mix nut butter, honey, oil together.
3.Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4.Press into a lasagna dish, making sure it is evenly distributed.
5.Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden.
6.Let cool completely.They will harden at this point.
7.You may choose to cut these into bars or make balls with it.

You can easily make this recipe to your own specific taste. You can add any dry fruit or nuts that you desire...
