Peanut Stuffing

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (1 1/4 Sticks)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Seasoned stuffing croutons 14 Ounce (2 Packages, 7 Ounces Each)
  Salted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground finely
Directions

MAKING
1.In a large frying pan, heat butter or margarine.
2.Put onion and celery in it and cook until tender.
3.Add water and cook until the mixture starts boiling.
4.In a large bowl, put crotons and peanuts.
5.Drizzle the mixture over it and mix gently.

SERVING
6.Use the stuffing as desired.
