|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Chopped celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (1 1/4 Sticks)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Seasoned stuffing croutons||14 Ounce (2 Packages, 7 Ounces Each)|
|Salted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), ground finely|
1.In a large frying pan, heat butter or margarine.
2.Put onion and celery in it and cook until tender.
3.Add water and cook until the mixture starts boiling.
4.In a large bowl, put crotons and peanuts.
5.Drizzle the mixture over it and mix gently.
6.Use the stuffing as desired.
