Savory Nut Roast

Ingredients
  Walnuts 2 Ounce, minced
  Cashew nuts 2 Ounce, minced
  Brazil nuts 4 Ounce, minced
  Onion 1 Small, fried
  Wheatgerm/1 level tablespoon onion soup mix 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes/1/4 pint tinned tomatoes, drained 4 Ounce, skinned
  Eggs 2
  Mixed herbs/Thyme 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter/Oil 1 Ounce (For deep frying onion)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together and blend well.
2) In a greased tin or ovenproof dish, pour the mixture and apply the melted butter or oil over the top.
3) Place on the top shelf of the oven and bake until brown.

SERVING
4) Slice and serve immediately with the gravy or onion sauce, potatoes and greens or when cold with the chips, salad or rolls and butter.
