Savory Nut Roast
|Walnuts||2 Ounce, minced|
|Cashew nuts||2 Ounce, minced|
|Brazil nuts||4 Ounce, minced|
|Onion||1 Small, fried|
|Wheatgerm/1 level tablespoon onion soup mix||2 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes/1/4 pint tinned tomatoes, drained||4 Ounce, skinned|
|Mixed herbs/Thyme||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Butter/Oil||1 Ounce (For deep frying onion)|
1) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together and blend well.
2) In a greased tin or ovenproof dish, pour the mixture and apply the melted butter or oil over the top.
3) Place on the top shelf of the oven and bake until brown.
4) Slice and serve immediately with the gravy or onion sauce, potatoes and greens or when cold with the chips, salad or rolls and butter.
