These ginger nuts are flavored with cinnamon and are a great snack to go any time of the day. Serve them as mid-day munch or couple them with a cup of hot tea!
|Syrup||2 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Self raising flour||4 Ounce|
|Soda bicarbonate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mixed spice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Melt butter and syrup together and mix intc sifted dry ingredients.
Bake small balls in fairly hot oven.
If mixture is too thick, too much flour has been used; if too thin, too much syrup
