Deviled Nuts

Ingredients
  Shelled nuts 8 Ounce (225 Gram, Almonds, Peanuts, Cashews Or A Mixture)
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Tablespoon, 15 Gram)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed / minced
  Rock salt To Taste
  Cayenne To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Pour boiling water over almonds.
2) Rinse with cold water and peel off the skin.
3) Roast peanuts and rub off the skin.

MAKING
3) Take a frying pan and heat oil and butter.
4) Reduce heat, add nuts and toss for 4 to 6 minutes until crisp brown.
5) Drain on kitchen towel.

SERVING
6) Sprinkle rock salt and cayenne and serve warm.
