POTATO HAZELNUT BAKE
|Graound hazelnuts||6 Ounce|
|Mashed potatoes||4 Ounce|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Fried tomatoes||1⁄2 Pound|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients with the exception of the cheese, and season to taste.
Put into a greased shallow ovendish and top with grated cheese.
Dot with butter and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
