Salmon Steaks With Pistachio Butter
|Unsalted butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Minced shelled pistachio nuts||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated lime zest||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Soften the butter in a bowl with the back of a wooden spoon or in a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
Mix in the nuts and lime zest.
Spoon the butter into a crock, cover, and chill until needed.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator 45 minutes before you use it.
