Salmon Steaks With Pistachio Butter

Ingredients
Pistachio butter:
  Unsalted butter/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened
  Minced shelled pistachio nuts 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lime zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Soften the butter in a bowl with the back of a wooden spoon or in a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
Mix in the nuts and lime zest.
Spoon the butter into a crock, cover, and chill until needed.
Remove the butter from the refrigerator 45 minutes before you use it.
