For Earthy day, we thought we'd share how we make the Earth trail mix. We take this with us when we go on adventure walks, or to the swimming pool, or fishing...pretty much any activity where we are enjoying the earth and being active. All it requires is lots of measuring, pouring and stirring. Our Earth Day Trail Mix is an easy recipe to make with kids, ensures everyone has a job to do, and it's super fast, so you'll be munching this tasty treat in no time.
  Low fat honey oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nut mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Peanuts, Almonds, Cashew, Hazelnut & Pecans)
  Pretzels 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (2 Handful)
  Dried cranberries/Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Take all ingredients in a large box and mix with a spoon.
