Chocolate Nut Filling
|Semisweet chocolate chips||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Stir together chocolate chips, sugar and evaporated milk in small saucepan over low heat. Cook chocolate mixture, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in chopped nuts, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Cool Chocolate Nut Filling completely.
