Smoked Mixed Nuts
|Raw almonds||8 Ounce (250 Gram)|
|Macadamia nuts||6 Ounce (185 Gram)|
|Raw peanuts||6 Ounce (185 Gram)|
|Raw hazelnuts||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Raw cashews||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Sea salt||1 Tablespoon, crushed|
1. Preheat covered barbecue to a medium heat. Place almonds, macadamia nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts and cashews on a baking tray and toss to combine.
2. Place sawdust in a metal dish and place in barbecue over hot coals.
3. Position baking tray containing nuts on rack in barbecue, cover barbecue with lid and smoke for 30 minutes. Remove nuts from heat, add salt and toss to coat. Serve hot, warm or cold.
