Spiced Mixed Nuts

Ingredients
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Dry roasted peanuts 8 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Blanched whole almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Walnut halves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pumpkin pie spice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine egg white and water.
Add nuts; toss to coat.
Combine sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
Add to nuts; toss till all are well coated.
Place in single layer on greased baking sheet.
Bake in 300°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool nuts on waxed paper.
Break up large clusters.
