|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped (unsalted)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff.
3. Add vanilla.
4. Gradually add sugar while continuing to beat.
5. Fold in nuts.
6. Drop from a teaspoon onto an oiled cookie sheet.
7. Bake 2-3 minutes.
8. Turn off oven. Remove cookies after 1 hour.
