Low Calorie Cheese And Pistachio Stuffed Celery

Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From An 8-Ounce Carton)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped pistachio nuts 1 Tablespoon
  Celery pieces 24 (1 Inch Long)
Directions

1. Blend cottage cheese with the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice until smooth in a small bowl; stir in pistachio nuts.
2. Fill hollows of each piece of celery; garnish with a little minced parsley, if you like, or add a blush of paprika.
