Pecan Fruit Filling

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Dairy sour cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Finely chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped candied cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Blend egg yolks and sour cream; stir in sugar.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
Cool.
