Sauted Boletus With Pinyon Nuts

Ingredients
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced
  Sliced boletus 1 Pound
  Shelled pinon nuts 1⁄4 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

Saute onion lightly in oil.
Add mushrooms and saute over medium high heat uncovered 10 minutes or until mushrooms are golden.
Add nuts and seasonings.
Heat thoroughly.
