Simple, easy and tasty Italian recipe! Nothing can beat the nutritional value of chick-peas and this recipe of roasted ceci nuts would surely a delighful treat for you and your family. The coarse salt gives a delicious saltiness to roasted ceci nuts.
|Chickpeas||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained, rinsed (Cooked / Canned)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Coarse salt||To Taste|
In a medium bowl, toss the chick-peas with the oil to coat.
Spread the chick-peas on a baking sheet and roast at 375° for 40 minutes, or until brown and crisp.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Cool before turning into a bowl.
