Popcorn Nut Munchies

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Popping corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (English Walnuts, Pecans, Peanuts, Cashews)
Directions

Pour the oil into a large, heavy skillet with tight-fitting lid; sprinkle the popping corn into the oil.
Cover skillet.
Heat slowly, shaking skillet gently as soon as corn begins to pop, and continuing until popping stops.
Pour popped corn into large bowl.
Melt butter in small saucepan until it bubbles but does not brown.
Add curry powder and stir.
Add nuts to popcorn in bowl, drizzle butter mixture over, sprinkle with salt, and toss until well coated.
