Date Nut Filling

Ingredients
  Pecans/Walnuts 125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)
  Dates 227 Gram (pitted)
  Water 300 Milliliter (1 1/4 cups)
  Sugar 125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)
Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put pecans into blender container.
Cover and process 4 cycles at WHIP to finely chop nuts.
Empty container and set nuts aside.
Put dates and water into blender container.
Cover and process at BLEND until dates are chopped into small pieces.
Pour into saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in chopped nuts and cool.
