Date Nut Filling
|Pecans/Walnuts||125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)|
|Dates||227 Gram (pitted)|
|Water||300 Milliliter (1 1/4 cups)|
|Sugar||125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)|
Put pecans into blender container.
Cover and process 4 cycles at WHIP to finely chop nuts.
Empty container and set nuts aside.
Put dates and water into blender container.
Cover and process at BLEND until dates are chopped into small pieces.
Pour into saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in chopped nuts and cool.
