Wheat Balls With Nuts
|Wheat groats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (Coarsely Grated)|
|Pepper white||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Sesame oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Poppy seeds||4 Tablespoon|
Mix the wheat groats with the nuts, cheese, herbs and spices.
Beat the eggs with 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of the oil and stir into the wheat mixture; let the dough sit for 10 minutes.
Form balls, roll them in the poppy seeds and brown in the remaining oil.
