Salted Peanut Crisps

Ingredients
  Packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Gold Medal)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salted peanuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 375°.
Mix brown sugar, margarine, shortening, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
