Rosie's Buttermilk Coconut Pie And Jam Cake

This tasty desert is one of the classic dish from American cuisine.
Ingredients

  All purpose flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs), mix in flour
  Raisins 6 Ounce, cut up, mix in flour (1 Box)
  Black walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), mix in flour
  Allspice 1 Tablespoon
  Cocoa 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4
  Evaporated milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Black berry 1 Pint
  Preserves 1 Pint
  Crisco 1 Cup (16 tbs)

  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Buttermilk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pie shell 1 (Ready)
Directions

Rosie's Jam Cake

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Then add eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend well. Mix in jam, preserves and Crisco. As you mix, you can add more flour if needed, until your cake mix is thick. Pour batter into 2 stem pans. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Test with a toothpick for doneness.

Rosie's Buttermilk Coconut Pie

Mix the ingredients together and place in a pie shell. Cook at 350 degrees for one hour or until the coconut comes to the top and turns brown.
