|Chicken breast||1 Pound, cooked, boned and cut into 1 inch / 2.5 centimeter cubes (1 Whole / 454 Gram)|
|Walnuts||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Mayonnaise||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, Blender Made)|
|Light cream||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
Assemble Food Grinder with Coarse Disc.
Grind chicken (about 2 cups or 500 ml) and walnuts into small mixer bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well with spoon.
Chill thoroughly before filling puffs.
