|Eggs||3 , well beaten|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (unsweetened)|
|Dates||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Whole wheat flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all the ingredients and press down into a well-oiled 9-inch square baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Cut while warm into squares or bars.
