Sugar Honey Pecans

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pecan halves 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Combine sugar, salt, honey and water in medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
Continue cooking, without stirring, to 240° on candy thermometer or until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Stir gently until mixture becomes creamy.
Put on wax paper.
Separate with fork
