Pistachio Pineapple Pie Filling

Ingredients
  Sugar free pistachio pudding mix 36 1⁄2 Ounce (Two 18.5 Ounce Packages)
  Non fat milk 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice 8 Ounce
  Prepared pie shell 1
Directions

Combine the pudding, milk, and almond extract and beat with an electric mixer for one minute.
Add the pineapple and its juice and beat for an additional minute.
Pour into a prepared pie shell.
