Pistachio Pineapple Pie Filling
|Sugar free pistachio pudding mix||36 1⁄2 Ounce (Two 18.5 Ounce Packages)|
|Non fat milk||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice||8 Ounce|
|Prepared pie shell||1|
Combine the pudding, milk, and almond extract and beat with an electric mixer for one minute.
Add the pineapple and its juice and beat for an additional minute.
Pour into a prepared pie shell.
