Ingredients
  Sugar free white cake mix 8 Ounce
  Grated lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon flavoring 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar free pistachio instant pudding and pie filling 1 (1 Package)
Directions

Mix cake as directed on package.
Beat in lemon zest and lemon flavoring.
Bake as directed on package.
Cool completely.
Cut cake in half horizontally.
Chill.
Prepare pistachio pudding with 2% milk as directed on package.
Cool completely.
Frost layers of cake with pistachio pudding.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
