Basic Vegan Ice Cream

Chef Dina knight is going to share with us her super-easy dairy free ice-cream. This recipe is ideal for those who are allergic to dairy products, especially for children who are lactose intolerant. The secret ingredient here for milk replacement is cashew, one can use cashew for replacing just about any dairy product, from milk to cheese. This is also the basic way of preparing different favors of Dairy-Free Ice Creams, so you don't have just one flavor all the time.
Ingredients
For ice cream base
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cashew 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Add More If You Want The Creamier Ice-Cream)
  Vanilla extract 5 Teaspoon
  Nectar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

ICE CREAM BASE DIRECTION
1. Take all the base ingredients in a mixer jar and blend.
2. Pour the blended mixture into the ice maker container. Freeze and enjoy.
3. Add frozen fruits like banana, mango or berries or even cacao for different flavors.

Huh? Almond milk can be purchased.. it saves a lot of work!!!
