Ingredients
  Chestnuts 2 Pound
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Dripping 4 Ounce, melted
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Breadcrumbs 4 Ounce
  Stock 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Moisten)
  Sausage meat 1 Pound
Directions

Shell the nuts as for Chestnut Soup.
Barely cover with stock, and cook slowly until they are tender and almost dry.
Rub them through a sieve and mix with the melted fat and other ingredients.
