Chestnut Stuffing is an irresistible recipe that you simply can't resist. Try this Chestnut Stuffing; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this one!
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Dripping||4 Ounce, melted|
|Stock||1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Moisten)|
|Sausage meat||1 Pound|
Shell the nuts as for Chestnut Soup.
Barely cover with stock, and cook slowly until they are tender and almost dry.
Rub them through a sieve and mix with the melted fat and other ingredients.
