Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Walnuts 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Bread/Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy grits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked in 1 cup water for 15 minutes
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 , minced
  Tomatoes 2 , pureed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients and put in 12x9x2 inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
