  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pistachio nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Dried dill 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Whole wheat bread slice 8
  Cooked turkey breast 8 Ounce, sliced
Directions

Combine yogurt, nuts and dill in small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
