Hazelnut Butter

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped toasted hazelnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Beat the butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Fold in the hazelnuts and salt to taste.
Transfer to serving dishes and store, covered and chilled.
