Noodles With Fresh Tomato

Ingredients
  Thin noodles 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Ripe tomato 3⁄4 Pound (Use The Red Variety, 1 Piece)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Bring enough water to boil to cover noodles when added; add salt.
Core and peel tomato; cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Drop noodles into boiling water; cook until tender.
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan; add tomato and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook about 1 minute; stir occasionally.
Drain noodles; serve with tomatoes spooned over.
