Noodles Cheese And Yogurt
|Whole wheat pasta shells||3⁄4 Pound|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||4 Tablespoon|
|Fresh mushrooms||3⁄4 Pound|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Dry vermouth||2 Tablespoon|
|Plain low fat yogurt||10 Tablespoon (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons)|
Cook pasta according to label directions.
Steam mushroom slices in vermouth for about 3 minutes, until they are soft.
Combine yogurt and cheese in serving bowl.
Stir in drained mushrooms and then cooked pasta.
Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
