Noodles Cheese And Yogurt

Ingredients
  Whole wheat pasta shells 3⁄4 Pound
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh mushrooms 3⁄4 Pound
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Dry vermouth 2 Tablespoon
  Plain low fat yogurt 10 Tablespoon (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
Directions

Cook pasta according to label directions.
Steam mushroom slices in vermouth for about 3 minutes, until they are soft.
Combine yogurt and cheese in serving bowl.
Stir in drained mushrooms and then cooked pasta.
Mix well.
Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
