Beef And Noodle Bake

Ingredients
  Noodles 8 Ounce (1/2 Package)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook noodles as directed in chart .
Drain in a colander and set aside.
Place cream cheese in a small glass mixing bowl.
Microwave 15 to 30 seconds [LOW-2, 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30 seconds .
lf mix in sour cream and set aside.
Crumble ground beef in the 3 qt.glass casserole dish used for cooking the noodles.
Add onion.
Cover and microwave 4 to 5 minutes.
Drain and crumble meat.
Stir in noodles and remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese.
Cover and microwave 5 to 7 minutes [ROASTS, 6 to 8 min-utesW or until hot.
Stir.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
Cover and microwave 1 to 2 minutes [ROASTS, 2 to 3 minutes] or until cheese melts.
