Spinach Noodle Casserole
|Spinach noodles||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Vegetable oil/Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||12 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Small curd cream style cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Green onion with tops||4 , finely minced|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
|Garlic salt||2 Teaspoon|
Cook noodles according to package directions until barely tender.
Rinse in cold water and drain.
Toss with oil.
In large bowl, mix sour cream and flour.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Add noodles and stir well to coat.
Pour into well-greased crock pot.
Cover and cook on high setting for 1 1/2 to 21/2 hours.
If desired, serve with additional sour cream.
