Creamy Noodles Romanoff
|Egg noodles||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Corn flake crumbs||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Cook noodles as directed in chart on .
Drain well and return to dish.
Stir in sour cream, cottage cheese, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes.
Stir once during cooking.
In a small bowl, toss together corn flake crumbs, remaining Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Sprinkle over noodle mixture.
Microwave 1 to 2 minutes.
