Meatballs On Noodles

Ingredients
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Wide egg noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs), boiled
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix meats, eggs, onion, seasonings and crumbs; form into 1 inch balls.
Brown slightly in small amount of fat.
Cover and cook about 15 minutes.
Add mushroom soup mixed with milk; cook over low heat 20 minutes longer.
If necessary, thicken gravy and serve with meat balls over noodles.
